Tiramisu Cake Recipe

Tiramisu quite literally means, “a pick me up.” 
This is one of Italy’s most popular dessert recipes. 
It is very simple and easy to make, however it relies on quality ingredients.
Bold flavors of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and lightly sweetened whipped cream combined with rich cream cheese and delicate cocoa powder.
Tiramisu is a timeless no-bake dessert, that everyone will love.


                           



Ingredients:
  • 25 pieces of ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp of instant coffee
  • 200 ml of hot water
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 80 grams icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of butter
Preparation: 
  1. To make coffee pour 200 ml hot water over 2 tsp instant coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl whip the whipping cream, add cream cheese, sour cream, icing sugar and vanilla. Then lightly mix everything together to combine, but be carefull not to over mix.
  3. To assamble pour your coffee in a large bowl, also have ready the cream and ladyfingers.
  4. Lightly butter your pan ( 9x6 inch) and start dipping every single ladyfinger into coffee and lay in the bottom of your pan. Once the whole bottom of the pan coffee soaked ladyfingers ready, pour over half of the creme cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Then repeat once again with the rest ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the top generously with cocoa powder.
  7. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours before serving.
